Zróżnicowanie rynku pracy województwa zachodniopomorskiego

Rynek pracy w województwie zachodniopomorskim jest pod wieloma względami specyficz-ny, a o specyfice tego regionu decyduje układ lokalny województwa. Brak aglomeracji, dużych miast spowodował problem braku ośrodków wzrostu w województwie. Przeważająca większość gmin w województwie zachodniopomorskim to gminy wiejskie, o popegeerowskim charakterze. Dodatkowo transformacja ustrojowa lat 90. XX w. spowodowała na tych obszarach szybki wzrost bezrobocia i spadek poziomu aktywności zawodowej ludności. Przeprowadzona analiza wskazuje jednak, że proces zróżnicowania jest trwały, lecz nie nieodwracalny, a w badaniu pojawiły się gminy, które odwróciły tę tendencję.

The subject of the analyses was changes in employment and unemployment in Szczecin as well as chosen rural and urban gminas of West Pomerania voivodship in 2001–2011. The labour market in West Pomerania voivoship is unique in many respects. Rural areas of former state-owned farms have an impact on this situation among other factors. Economic transformations after 1989 caused a rapid unemployment increase in these areas and professional activity decrease. The analysis conducted shows that after 2001 rural communes were characterized by the greatest dy-namics of employment growth and the distinct fall in the jobless total.
