The article seeks to identify process of sale of building-free land from the treasury’s agricultural property reserve in Poznań and Poznań Poviat in the years 2000–2009. A detailed analysis is made of both, the volume of land turnover, i.e. the number of transactions concluded and the land area sold, and its worth. Also studied is the structure of the turnover by type of purchaser. The study embraces 17 communes of Poznań poviat and the city of Poznań.

Celem artykułu jest analiza sprzedaży niezabudowanych gruntów z zasobu Własności Rolnej Skarbu Państwa w Poznaniu i powiecie poznańskim w latach 2000–2009. Szczegółowa analiza dotyczy zarówno wartości obrotu, liczby transakcji, jak i powierzchni sprzedanego gruntu. Badanie dotyczy także struktury nabywców uczestniczących w obrocie. Zakres przestrzenny opracowania obejmuje 17 gmin powiatu poznańskiego oraz miasto Poznań.
