Dynamika kultury politycznej i partycypacji politycznej internautów w Polsce

The article addresses the issue of the dynamics of the political culture among Internet users in Poland. Selected aspects of political culture revealed during the elections campaign are compared to the observations made during the 2010 presidential election in Poland. The aim was to determine the similarities and differences in opinions, assessments and behaviours of Polish Internet users. The research results allow to conclude that Polish Internet users are more active not only in the various areas of everyday life, but also are more interested in politics than average of all citizens.

Przedmiotem analizy jest społeczeństwo obywatelskie ulokowane w kontekście procesów o charakterze ryzyka, kryzysu oraz traumy. Założono, że taka kontekstualna lokalizacja określa charakter rozwijanych kapitałów społecznego, kulturowego i kapitału zaufania. Wskazano na egzemplifikacje diagnoz, których przedmiotem są takie wskaźniki kondycji społeczeństwa obywatelskiego jak zaufanie oraz partycypacja społeczna zachodząca w kontekście temporalnym traktowanym jako związany z doświadczeniem sytuacji kryzysu oraz traumy społecznej i kulturowej. Analizowane zagadnienia odniesione zostały do specyfiki paradygmatu pedagogiki społecznej.

The subject of analysis is civil society treated as located in the context of socio-cultural risk, crisis and trauma. It is assumed, that such contextual localization defines the character of the developed capitals: the social, cultural and trust capital. There are indicated examplifications of diagnosis related to the chosen indicators of the civil society condition: state of social trust and social participation in the temporal context of crisis and socio-cultural trauma experience. Presented analysis are related to the paradigm of social pedagogy.
