This article deals with the determination and definition of competencies of pupils and their development in an integrated didactic work place. The article focuses on the practical teaching in the turning workshop at secondary school. The development of competencies is based on the learning objectives for the subject “Technology of Turning” in the practical teaching. The general learning objectives are further specified in sub-objectives, in which the various competencies the student should acquire and develop are defined.

High-performance machining of aircraft Ni-based alloys is possible due to the use of modern cutting materials such as regular boron nitride and optimization tools enabling the selection of the cutting conditions. This study discusses the effect of the cutting speed vc and the concentration of waterborne synthetic cutting fluid on the parameters of surface roughness after turning of the Ni-based superalloy Inconel X-750 (AMS 5668). Two cutting materials made from fine-grained regular boron nitride in a ceramic binder differing in the contents of the CBN were used. Variable cutting speeds vc in the range between 150-300 m/min were investigated. The measurements of roughness parameters Ra, Rz, and RSm were made on surfaces after turning without the use of cooling liquid and after machining with flood cooling 2.5% and 5% emulsion

Wysoko wydajne skrawanie stopów lotniczych na osnowie niklu jest możliwe dzięki zastosowaniu nowoczesnych materiałów narzędziowych, takich jak regularny azotek boru, oraz narzędzi optymalizacyjnych umożliwiających dobór warunków skrawania. W badaniach oceniono wpływ prędkości skrawania vc oraz stężenia wodorozcieńczalnego, syntetycznego chłodziwa obróbczego na parametry struktury geometrycznej powierzchni (SGP) podczas toczenia nadstopu niklu Inconel X-750 (AMS 5668). Zastosowano dwa materiały narzędziowe z drobnoziarnistego regularnego azotku boru w osnowie ceramicznej różniącego się zwartością CBN. Stosowano zmienne wartości prędkości skrawania w zakresie vc = 150–300 m/min. Pomiarów parametrów chropowatości Ra, Rz oraz RSm dokonano na powierzchniach po toczeniu bez udziału cieczy chłodzącej oraz po obróbce z chłodzeniem zalewowym chłodziwem o stężeniu 2,5% oraz 5% emulsji

Ekonomika procesu skrawania i analiza kosztów związana jest z optymalizacją procesu skrawania, która jest częścią szerszego zagadnienia, polegającego na racjonalnym doborze warunków skrawania w aspekcie obejmującym całokształt czynników charakteryzujących bardzo złożony przebieg obróbki skrawaniem i jej skutków 1. Szczególnym problemem technologicznym jest dobór parametrów skrawania oraz nagrzewania podczas laserowego wspomagania toczenia. Zagadnienie doboru parametrów obróbkowych w laserowym wspomaganiu toczenia ze względu na minimalizację kosztów narzędziowych Kn [zł/szt.] lub kosztów jednostkowych Kj [zł/szt.] jest zagadnieniem szerzej nie poruszanym. Możliwość zastosowania technologii LAM (Laser Assisted Machining) w przemyśle lotniczym, górniczym bądź chemicznym wymaga pogłębionej analizy ekonomicznej. W pracy przedstawiono analizę korzyści wynikających z zastosowania wiązki lasera diodowego w procesie skrawania dla takich materiałów konstrukcyjnych jak Waspaloy oraz Inconel 718.

The economics of the machining and cost analysis are related to the optimization of process parameters which are part of a wider issue based on a rational selection of cutting conditions. Selection of these parameters constitutes a crucial aspect since it involves a whole range of factors of a very complex process and its effects. The selection and optimization of cutting and heating parameters during laser assisted turning is a particular technological problem. The problem of machining parameters selection in laser assisted turning regarding tool costs minimization [PLN/unit] or unit costs [PLN/unit] is not widely discussed. The possibility of LAM technology application in the aircraft, mining or chemical industries requires an in-depth economic analysis. This paper presents an analysis of the benefits resulting from Damian Przestacki, Piotr Kieruj, Tadeusz Chwalczuk, Marek Pawlicki, Mateusz Kukliński the use of laser beam energy in the machining process for construction materials such as Waspaloy or Inconel 718.

Są to dwie całkiem różne zasady samorealizacji człowieka w świecie, które w żaden sposób się nie wykluczają. Są naturalnie przynależne jednemu i niepodzielnemu bytowaniu osoby. Jednym z pierwszorzędnych czynników i zarazem rokującym prawidłowy kierunek rozwoju jest stosunek do życia osobowego jako daru.

If, however, we consider the possibility of the personal bond with the Christian faith, determined reality stops fear. The Christian faith gives a different view on all paradoxes and contradictions which are turning up in this world and have temporary consequences. Christian experience also gives courage, the perseverance and strength for surviving and defeating earthly oppositions.

Therefore he is subjected often to the attempt to be found between the helplessness and freeing. And even though seemingly this situation has short-lived and transitional character, in fact it is extended on the entire life. Sometimes this state seems without the exit, but only awareness of his earthly dimension is freeing from the one-way allocation. If, however, we consider the possibility of the personal bond with the Christian faith, determined reality stops fear. The Christian faith gives a different view on all paradoxes and contradictions which are turning up in this world and have temporary consequences. Christian experience also gives courage, the perseverance and strength for surviving and defeating earthly oppositions.
