Modern economy, also called network economy, significantly affects the functioning of companies that recognize the value creation through their participation in networks. In particular, high-tech companies, including the ICT sector, form the engine of economic development in the market by providing innovative information and communication technologies whose primary ingredient is knowledge. The purpose of this article is to identify the key factors affecting the implementation of IT services with the support of ICT tools. The examples of such IT services may include programming, SEO, management, web hosting. The analysis was conducted from the perspective of an IT company (a company realizing an order). Those factors were determined based on the methodology of network thinking that allows to look at the problem and taking into account different criteria and to determine the strength and nature of the relationship of individual network elements.

Przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjne branży motoryzacyjnej wdrażają koncepcje strumieni wartości, których celem jest uzyskiwanie efektów w postaci bardziej elastycznych procesów oraz niższych kosztów magazynowania międzyoperacyjnego. W literaturze przedmiotu wyróżnia się, a w praktyce stosuje dwie metody (podejścia do) wdrażania strumieni wartości w przedsiębiorstwach: rewolucyjną i ewolucyjną. Artykuł ma na celu przybliżenie tych metod wdrażania strumieni wartości oraz zaprezentowanie przykładu wdrożenia koncepcji strumienia wartości w określonym przedsiębiorstwie, które wybrało jedną z powyższych metod. Artykuł ma charakter praktyczny, a podstawowymi metodami badawczymi, wykorzystanymi do jego przygotowania, są obserwacja uczestnicząca i case study.
