The purpose of the article is to examine the issue of the appointment to the post of a vicar forane and the loss of the office. The first part of the paper discusses the post of a vicar forane in general terms. The second one outlines the required qualifications of a candidate for the office of a vicar forane, whereas the third one concerns the induction to the post of a vicar forane. The fourth part describes the issue of losing the office of an outside vicar.

W drugiej części wskazano kwalifikacje kandydata na urząd dziekana, natomiast część trzecia została poświęcona powierzeniu urzędu dziekańskiego. Część czwarta omawia utratę urzędu wikariusza zewnętrznego.

W pierwszej części przedstawiono kwestię troski dziekana o prowadzenie przez duchownych życia odpowiadającego ich stanowi. W drugiej części wskazano na obowiązki dziekana odnośnie do formacji duchowieństwa, natomiast część trzecia została poświęcona stosunkowi dziekana do duchownych znajdujących się w trudnych sytuacjach. The aim of the article is to discuss the issue of the legal relations between the vicar forane and the clerics of the vicariate forane. The first part deals with the vicar forane’s care for the suitable spiritual life of the clerics. The second part outlines the vicar forane’s duties concerning the formation of the clerics, while the third section concerns the vicar forane’s attitude towards the clerics experiencing difficult situations. The fourth section discusses the issue of the vicar forane’s care for the suitable ministry service of the vicariate forane’s clerics.

The aim of this article is to introduce the deaneries conferences in canonical and pastoral terms. In the first part the history of the deaneries conferences is presented. The second part introduces forms of convocation of the deaneries conferences, while the third part is dedicated to the people obliged to take part in the deaneries conferences. The last part explain problematic aspects and course of the deaneries conferences.
