W pracy dokonano analizy bezpieczeństwa turysty podczas konsumpcji produktu turystycznego. Autor opisał charakter wyjazdów turystycznych Polaków po drugiej wojnie światowej, nakreślił rodzaje trudności i ograniczeń. Następnie ukazał typy zagrożeń, które mogą nastąpić podczas wyjazdu turystycznego. Szczegółowej analizie zostały poddane dwa rodzaje turystycznej aktywności i związanych z nimi bezpiecznych zachowań: bezpieczeństwo podczas transportu samochodowego oraz bezpieczne wakacje nad wodą. Autor podkreślił znaczenie regulacji prawnych oraz wiedzy turystów o potencjalnych zagrożeniach.

The article contains analysis of tourist security during the consumption of tourist product. The author described a character of tourist travels undertaken by Poles after secondary world war, he outlined types of difficulties and constraints. The following part of the paper shows a typical risks, which may happened during tourist voyage. Detailed analysis is made two types of tourist activities and unsave behaviours: security during car transportation and secure vacation over the water. The authors tourned his attention to law resolution and tourist knowledge about potential risks.
