The author analyzes multiculturalism as a continuous, dynamic process that should direct the modern man towards civil society. First, the author pays attention to the coexistence of cultures, which during development go through different forms of coexistence, adopting certain axiologies, teleologies, ideologies. Believes that education in a rapidly and dynamically expanding space of multiculturalism is not able to shape the awareness of young people, which causes turning to cultural separatism, terrorism and extremism. The author maintains that we are now facing a serious problem of the formation of transcultural and intercultural identity, parallel functioning of human in several cultures.In the article, the author points out numerous errors in the ideology of multiculturalism and analyzes multiculturalism in the context of social policy and educational activities that take into account the principles of multiculturalism oriented towards cultural openness, to notice and propagate the multitude of cultures in one man.

Autor analizuje wielokulturowość jako ustawiczny, dynamiczny proces, który winien ukierunkowywać współczesnego człowieka na społeczeństwo obywatelskie. Zaczyna od zwrócenia uwagi na współwystępowanie kultur, które w trakcie rozwoju przechodzą do różnych form współistnienia, przyjmując określone aksjologie, teleologie, ideologie. Uważa, że edukacja w szybko i dynamicznie rozbudowującej się przestrzeni wielokulturowości nie jest w stanie kształtować świadomości młodych ludzi, co powoduje zwracanie się ku separatyzmom kulturowym, terroryzmowi i ekstremizmowi. Utrzymuje, że obecnie stajemy przed poważnym problemem formowania się tożsamości transkulturowej i międzykulturowej, równoległego funkcjonowania człowieka w kilku kulturach.W artykule autor wskazuje na liczne błędy w ideologii wielokulturowości oraz analizuje wielokulturowość w kontekście polityki społecznej i działalności edukacyjnej uwzględniającej zasady wielokulturowości ukierunkowane na otwartość kulturową, na zauważanie i propagowanie wielości kultur w jednym człowieku.
