Contemporary world is giving a lot of possibility to young people to the development, and technological progress and of civilization requires adapting and dealing it with from them, what new. Although technological progress and of civilization he is facilitating for us living, these are in certain fields lives, children and teenagers still are exposed to pathological phenomena which are lying in wait for them in schools and the virtual world of the Internet. Along with increased activity preventive in the civil environment, the Military Police became an institution, to which request for helps have more and more often started flowing of pathology in the completion of classes in preventing and the counteraction widely comprehended. Today's Military Police − as the service about police character − for conducting all activities, being aimed recognizing, the prevention and fighting pathology have experience and the personnel back. Of action in favour of keeping the appropriate safety state in schools they must be consulted on many plains, by experienced specialists, and a joint effort can be a guarantee that the young people of today will be brought up in its heart of hearts values and respects to the second man. Article in question, on the destination showing is able to exploit the potential of the Military Police, as the important institution in the process of the prevention of pathology and building the value of young citizens, through the respect to the tradition, uniform and the honour of the soldier.

Współczesny świat daje młodym ludziom wiele możliwości do rozwoju, a postęp technologiczny i cywilizacyjny wymaga od nich przystosowania i radzenia sobie z tym, co nowe. Pomimo iż postęp technologiczny i cywilizacyjny ułatwia nam życie, to w pewnych dziedzinach życia dzieci i młodzież wciąż są narażone na zjawiska patologiczne, które czyhają na nich w szkołach i wirtualnym świecie Internetu. Wraz ze zwiększoną działalnością profilaktyczną w środowisku cywilnym Żandarmeria Wojskowa stała się instytucją, do której coraz częściej napływają prośby o pomoc w realizacji zajęć z zakresu zapobiegania i przeciwdziałania patologii. Żandarmeria Wojskowa – jako służba o charakterze policyjnym – ma doświadczenie i zaplecze kadrowe do prowadzenia czynności mających na celu rozpoznawanie, zapobieganie i zwalczanie patologii. Działania na rzecz utrzymania właściwego stanu bezpieczeństwa w szkołach muszą być konsultowane na wielu płaszczyznach przez doświadczonych specjalistów, a wspólny wysiłek może być gwarancją, że dzisiejsza młodzież będzie wychowywana w duchu wartości i poszanowania do drugiego człowieka. Artykuł ma na celu ukazanie możliwości wykorzystania potencjału Żandarmerii Wojskowej − jako instytucji ważnej w procesie zapobiegania patologii i budowania wartości młodych obywateli poprzez poszanowanie tradycji, munduru i honoru żołnierza.

This paper asserts that honor-based peoples have and maintain a distinct cultural identity that is valid for at least eighty-five percent of the world population. It is necessarily considered relative to dignity-based societies which make up the other fifteen percent. Practically all dignity-based cultures originated during the Enlightenment; modern honor-based groups will oftentimes through diffusion manifest some dignity-based traits or observe fewer of the traditional honor-based features. This paper will survey both traditional and modern forms of the honor-based culture.

The article presents the issue of money substitutes in Szczecin (Province of Pomerania) during the Hyperinflation in 1922–1923. It examines related legal problems and shows the position of the state authorities regarding the issue of money substitutes. In the paper, the archives of the presidium department of the Stettin Region stored in the State Archive were used.
