W obecnych warunkach przedsiębiorstwa muszą stosować strategiczne podejście do zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi. Celem strategicznego zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi jest pozyskiwanie i zatrzymanie w przedsiębiorstwie najlepszych pracowników, zapewnienie im możliwości rozwoju, właściwych wynagrodzeń, utrzymanie wysokiego poziomu sprawności zawodowej i psychofizycznej pracowników w długim okresie, a także tworzenie odpowiednich stosunków międzyludzkich oraz osiągnięcie takich indywidualnych zachowań, które odpowiadałyby sprawnej realizacji zadań organizacji. W związku z powyższym, celem referatu jest przedstawienie: cech współczesnych przedsiębiorstw, ewolucji funkcji personalnej, modeli strategii personalnej, etapów jej implementacji oraz kierunków dalszych zmian w zakresie urzeczywistnienia strategii personalnej we współczesnych przedsiębiorstwach.

Taking current conditions into account, the enterprises have to apply a strategic approach to human resources management. The purpose of a human resource strategic management is to recruit and retain the best employees, to provide them with appropriate development opportunities and adequate remuneration, to maintain high level of professional and mental efficiency of the employees within a long period of time as well as creation of appropriate social contacts and achieving individual behaviour, which would correspond to a company goals. That being so, the purpose of this paper is to present: the feature of contemporary enterprises, evolution of personal function, models of personal strategy and stages of its implementation as well as further changes in the scope of realization of personal strategy in current enterprises.
