The aim of the article is to apply the concept of the humanistic coefficient of Florian Znaniecki to the analysis of a specific legal and social situation that enabled the legal consumption of alcohol in the Warta areas in Poznan. They have gained a high spatial value, and this is not due to intentional investments or architectural changes, but thanks to the presence of people who create various types of social systems. Znaniecki’s humanistic coefficient turns out to be not only an important theoretical concept, but also a useful, still valid tool in empirical analysis. It brings a large dose of practical knowledge for different types of decision makers (re)organizing urban areas. The spatial value does not have to be directly proportional to the size of financial outlays.

The article raises the problem of conflicting axionormative models, diagnosing the phenomenon of anomie in the system of science in Poland. The content of the paper is based on in-depth interviews with experts who work in the system of science (scientists, research project leaders, scientific editors-in-chief) and experts who cooperate with scientists (scientific journalists, administrative management staff). The article recalls the concepts of post-academic and post-normal science, ethical “declarative” models, as well as diverse models of “factual” cultures, demonstrated in many ethical and non-ethical actions. The article identifies areas of normative contrasts related to scientific policies which correspond with the processes of science globalization, as well as ways of doing research, additionally determined by scientific mobility. The presented paper deepens the understanding of the changing normative patters in the system of science from the grassroots perspective, with the application of the humanistic coefficient.

Artykuł podnosi problem sprzecznych modeli aksjonormatywnych, diagnozując zjawisko anomii w systemie nauki w Polsce. Treść artykułu oparta jest o wyniki wywiadów pogłębionych z ekspertami pracującymi w systemie nauki (naukowcami, kierownikami projektów badawczych, redaktorami czasopism naukowych) i ekspertami współpracującymi z naukowcami (dziennikarze naukowi, pracownicy administracyjni szczebla zarządzającego). Artykuł przywołuje koncepcje nauki postakademickiej i postnormalnej, etycznych modeli deklaratywnych i zróżnicowanych modeli kultur de facto realizowanych w formie rozmaitych działań, etycznych i nieetycznych. Artykuł identyfikuje obszary kontrastów normatywnych dotyczących polityk naukowych, wpisujących się w procesy globalizowania nauki oraz sposobów uprawiania nauki determinowanych między innymi przez mobilność naukową. Prezentowany artykuł pogłębia rozumienie zmieniających się normatywnych wzorów w systemie nauki z perspektywy oddolnej, z zastosowaniem współczynnika humanistycznego.
