W artykule opisano istotę i przejawy dysfunkcjonalnych zachowań pracowników, a także znaczenie tego typu patologii dla funkcjonowania organizacji. Autor dokonał charakterystyki i zdefiniowania zachowań patologicznych wśród pracowników, a także opisał najczęściej występujące przykłady takich zachowań, w tym: mobbing i bullying, molestowanie seksualne, kradzieże pracownicze oraz uzależnienia.

This article describes the essence and symptoms of dysfunctional employee behavior as well as the significance of this type of pathology in the functioning of the organization. The author undertook a characterization and defined pathological behavior among employees and also described the most common examples of such behavior, including mobbing and bullying, sexual harassment, theft, and various types of addiction.
