W artykule przedstawiono problematykę teorii instytucjonalnej zarządzania gospodarką przestrzenną. Zidentyfikowano dominujące trendy w instytucjonalnej koncepcji systemu zarządzania gruntami. Omówiono nowoczesną koncepcję gospodarki gruntami i jej rolę w gospodarce przestrzennej. Na podstawie wdrożenia teorii instytucjonalnej w zarządzaniu gruntami określono przyszłe perspektywy badań naukowych.

The problems of institutional theory of land management were taking into account. The common trends in the concept of the institute in land management system have been identified. The modern concept of land economy and its role in land management have been argumented. The bases of the implementation of institutional theory in land management have been defined and the future prospects of research have been identified

Рассмотрены вопросы применения институциональной теории к управлению земельными ресурсами. Определены общие направления в понятииинститута в системе управления земельными ресурсами. Аргументированы современное понятие земельной экономики и ее роль в управлении земельными ресурсами. На основе внедрения институциональной теории в управление земельными ресурсами определены дальнейшие перспективы исследования.
