Metodyka resocjalizacji w celu podniesienia efektywności oddziaływań resocjalizacyjnych musi stale poszukiwać nowych rozwiązań. Jednymi z nich są nowe metody wywierania wpływu na osoby resocjalizowane. Autor niniejszego artykułu proponuje zastosowanie w ramach resocjalizacji technik wywierania wpływu opracowanych przez Dawida J. Liebermana. Omawia wybrane techniki pozytywnego zmieniania ludzi i zastanawia się, w jaki sposób mogłyby być one stosowane w ramach oddziaływań resocjalizacyjnych.

The methodology of social rehabilitation aimed at raising the efficiency of rehabilitation actions must seek new solutions constantly. One of them are new methods of exerting influence on people under social rehabilitation treatment. The author of this article proposes using the techniques of exerting influence developed by David Lieberman. He discusses some selected techniques of changing people in a positive way, and gives some thought to how they could be applied as part of rehabilitation actions.
