W artykule zawarto rozważania odnoszące się do metafory „klimat organizacyjny” oraz znaczenia tej kategorii w zarządzaniu. Pierwszą część poświęcono wyjaśnieniu kontekstu organizacyjnego metafory, natomiast w drugiej części przybliżono kontekst meteorologiczny. Na uwagę zasługuje opis różnych kategorii meteorologicznych powiązanych z klimatem organizacyjnym. Wyjaśniając kontekst organizacyjny i meteorologiczny metafory „klimat organizacyjny”, uzasadniono przydatność stosowania tej kategorii w obszarach organizacji i zarządzania. Dodatkowo w opracowaniu usystematyzowano piśmiennictwo krajowe i zagraniczne związane z tą problematyką.

The article contains considerations concerning the 'organizational climate’ metaphor and the importance of this category of management. The first part is devoted to explaining the context of the organizational metaphors, while the second part describes the context of rough weather. Noteworthy is also a description of the various categories of climate-related meteorological organization. While explaining the organizational context and meteorological metaphor ‘organizational climate,’ the author justifies the usefulness of this category in the areas of organization and management. In addition, the study systematises the national and international literature related to this issue.
