The article deals with a problem of an existing gap between entrepreneurs' own image and their perception among employees. Based on the results of empirical research a hierarchy of entrepreneurs' values is discussed. Main characteristics attributed to employers by employees are mentioned. Finally, the author suggest the necessity of bridging the gap between own entrepreneur's image and its perception by the environment since this discrepancy negatively influences the general perception of a company.
