'Company's right to existent isn't eternal: it is necessary to still get them' (Robert Simons). In this case innovations turn out to be irreplaceable. Enterprise needs the innovation to have a possibility of a dynamic development. Firms, which are not innovative are in danger of a stagnation and falling behind their competitors. Thanks to innovations, enterprises become competitive with their competitors and they strengthen their position on the domestic market as well as internationally. An excellent example of a company's innovative activity, which enabled a strong position amongst the competition, seems to be the Volvo Car Corporation. This corporation, whose history is longer than 80 years, which directs its actions at innovations, is not giving up its position on the international arena and it produces cars that are known and valued worldwide. For all these years up to the present day, when almost every day brings the risk with itself from the side of the competition, the Volvo company occupies a strong position with respect for such competitors, as Audi, BMW or also Mercedes. This state of affairs can be referred to as a success on an international level.
