The authoress positively assesses the increase of interest of the international community concerning the augmentation of protection of minors against sexual abuse and access to pornography. She puts forward a proposition that Poland should take more into account the issue of the Internet in the group of offences, and to harmonise the criminal provisions with the European standards in a more accurate manner.
