Corporate restructuring is a radical change in company's assets, its capital, and organizational structure. It is a difficult and complex process which may result in many errors occuring during the implementation phase. The aurhor indicates key problems and common mistakes in three domensions of corporate restructuring: finance, scope of activity, and organizational structure.
