The articles stress the importance of coordinating transformations in labor relations with the structure of work dynamics. Service sector's role is growing, it's structure becomes more complex, and it requires amendments to labor law and to social security system. Taking up work in some of the crucial service areas might be both difficult and risky, if those changes do not take place. It becomes therefore, necessary to create institutional conditions for a greater work activity including the rule of reciprocity. This seems unachievable if the concurrent domination of employment-based social relations system, which was worked out during industrialization period, remains in force.
