This article presents the evolution of views on industrial relations, referred to as collective labor relations with increasing frequency. The undertaking of this matter has not only a cognitive aspect, but also opens the way for further consideration on the model of collective labor relations as promoted in the European Union, which is based on a formula of collective employee representation.
