(Ukrainian title: Stratehichni napriamy ratsionalnoho pryrodokorystuvannia v APK ta zabezpechennia ekolohichnoi bezpeky v sotsiumi). The article highlights the fact that ecological and economic problems are interconnected and require complex decision by means of ecological orientation, balanced system and rational management of nature in agro-industrial complex. A conceptual model of ensuring a steady ecologically-balanced development in agro-industrial complex is suggested.
