The analysis of the influence of foreign direct investments (FDI) on the 'Total Factor Productivity' (TFP) in the years 1995-2002, including different property sections is presented in the article. The paper characterizes the state and structure of FDI in Poland up to 2003, as well as chosen effects of foreign investors' presence on Polish market
