The main purpose of this article is to present a new magazine in a field of organization and management, entitled 'Management and Organizational History'. It shows the analyses of the articles, published in the first three issues of a magazine, which include theoretical and methodological reflections including relations between a process of developing modern personality, a new form of social control and creating a modern practice of organization and management. The article makes an attempt to find how the experiences of West European and American researchers will affect on researches conducted by Polish scientists.
