The mankind evolved consuming surface water whose formation was effected by different organisms - plants, animals, microorganisms that enrich the water with their metabolites, organic and inorganic substances, forming its structure and, quite possible, delivering certain information. All of that is destroyed by modern intensive chemical, physical-chemical and physical methods of potable water preparation. The author emphasizes that the methods of anthropogenous intrusion into composition and structure of the water should be used for household, industrial and farming sewage treatment. Therefore, for potable water preparation it should be taken from pure surface sources and passed through the standard trickling filter with immobilized probiotic bacteria. Only under such conditions the mankind will be able to provide itself with the natural, useful potable water.
