The main aim is to present the corruption level among the key building companies. By key companies we usually mean the companies that realise the biggest, most valuable and most advanced technologically contracts, the companies that are successful in competition with others and successful in cooperation. The ability to cooperate successfully is an important goal of key enterprise. The average medium size building firm employs just 3-4 workers and therefore it is unable to undertake any technologically advanced and valuable orders on its own. The existence of key enterprises is typical for building markets functioning within market economy. They support stability and permanent growth and the lack of them causes chaos. (Bon R., Crosthwaite 2000). The key companies also existed in the planned economy. They included foreign trade central organisations and executive companies organised by the specific ministries. (Werner W. 1998). Those organisations lead most important national investments. Realising foreign contracts enabled other national companies to earn not just money but also experience and to breach the technological gap to the world market leaders,
