The current year completes the last period of functioning in Poland of the system of new economic conditions. In the foundation of this new system was the idea of sharing of responsibility for the future state economy and private enterprises between employers and employees, in the harmony of the free market and social safety. This paper attempts to characterize, from the domestic perspective, the problems of the optimal social and economic harmonization and finding a good way to build new order in this economy. It is important to answer the question how to encourage institutions and people to build new perspectives of economy leading us between market and social solidarity and secondly: how it is possible to implement the idea of 'new' social market in the near and far future?
