The objective of this communication is the presentation of problems and direction of development of the labor market from the point of view of shaping a demand for specific professions and specialities as well as worker skills and stance in production plants. The study was developed on the basis of a research project whose main aim was to identify the present and future needs of employers in medium and large manufacturing companies on the Bielsko BialStanley J.
