In this article the authoress tried to portrait the essence of national culture differences in international business. The second part of this paper focus on evolutionary theory of transnational corporations (TNC's) in references to models of cross-cultural management. The thesis was risen that only cultural cooperation concept pays special attention to diversity issue and help transnational corporations face with cultural differences. The last part of this article presents how the top five corporations, according to foreign assets collected on UNCTAD's list, solved diversity problem. The general conclusions of the case of TNC's suggest that diversity is valuable and beneficial to international business.
