The aim of this article is to present an induction method for new recruits in a company. The applied approach depends on many factors, among which the most important include the experience of the newly employed worker, the size and financial standing of the company, and the culture of its organization. Induction - the last element of the recruitment process - should be a conscious activity aimed at preparing the newly recruited employee to best perform entrusted duties and responsibilities.
