Condition and perspectives of development of domestic economy in the context of integration processes in the European Union were studied. Condition and trends of foreign economic ties of Ukraine were analysed and their advantages and disadvantages presented. On the basis of the analysis trends of structuring domestic economy according to the EU requirements with the aim of activation of eurointegration processes of Ukraine were offered.
