The Young Turks' activities in Europe have been studied at Turkology institutes in Turkey and abroad. One of the subjects that has never been raised is the meeting of Mustafa Fazil Pasa, Ziya Pasa and Namik Kemal, who gathered the Young Turks around them, with a Pole, Wladyslaw Plater, and an Austrian, Simon Deutsch, in September 1867 in Baden-Baden. In this article, the course of the meeting in Baden-Baden, its participants and the reasons, which made them get together, have been studied. The evaluations written about the negotiations in Baden-Baden and our data have been studied from the perspective of the Turkish and Polish sources. Why did the three Young Turks, a Pole and an Austrian meet in Baden-Baden? Why was Baden-Baden chosen as a meeting place? Was the Young Turk declaration really prepared in Baden-Baden as claimed by Lerchenfeld Schweiger? Was the Young Turk declaration published in Polish in 'Gazeta Narodowa'? In this article, an attempt to answer these and other related questions has been made.
