Distributed work can bring obvious benefits, like independence of time and place, increase of flexibility for employers and employees. Employers have more possibilities according to the choice of candidates, access to the specialists, bigger chance of contact with clients and service at the place of their functioning. Besides distributed work causes decrease of costs because of lower costs of transport and communication with clients. Coordination of distributed work is very important factor of its success. Cooperation with temporary work agencies could be a method of coordination of distributed work. Temporary agency work means the contract of employment or employment relationship between a private employment agency and an agency worker for carrying out work in a user firm. These solution should be paid special attention because of flexibility, low costs in long term and broad range of functioning of some big agencies.
