The article is on bargaining of the collective labour agreement and settling collective labour disputes in the Polish enterprises. The author tried to underline specifics of such negotiations, being an issue of their detailed law regulations. Based on the subject's literature and analyses of various cases, the number of law regulations applied in Poland were analysed.
