Projection of process innovations in the beginning of XXI century

Up to date process innovations were not a subject of special attention in contrary to the product innovations, which excited more interest. In actual fact the development of technology requires a new look at this kind of innovations. Some remarks on process innovations from the author's own practice have been presented together with the literature views. Process quality, protection of environment and human health are main factors for evaluation the real progress in technology and growing interest on technology market. The change on behaviour of management has been indicated, namely, the management began to treat employees as the participants in the innovation process instead of carrying out the orders of management.
