The authoress uses Delphi method for finding the solution of a language conflict. The results of this investigation concerning the language situation in Ukraine are presented. The Russian philologists, the Ukrainian philologists and some other humanitarian specialists (historians, lawyers etc) have been polled. The difference between opinions of these groups is defined. The authoress ascertains that it is very important to fix the value 'Interests of the state' as common one for all participants of this conflict and of this questionnaire. In such a way we get a chance to take different positions on the problem into account and to settle a language conflict peacefully.
