Issues concerning the position of the theory of enterprise value migration in the economic sciences are discussed in the article. Depending on a perspective, the problem of migrating value might be examined by two scientific disciplines: economics and management. Undoubtedly, the nature of enterprise value flow requires a multifaceted analysis, which is supported by the complementary character of these disciplines.
