The aim of the article is to describe the impact of globalization on the improvement of quality management systems. Improving management systems the companies which apply the PDCA process cycle are usually interested in introducing tools connected with EH&S area (Environment, Health and Safety) based on the requirements of environmental management standards, health and safety management standards. Many companies introduce management concepts which focus on the effectiveness and efficiency of 5S/TPM, Lean Management, or Six Sigma methodology.
