EN
Possible causes of the change of developed and relatively successful countries population sickness rate nature are reviewed with the use of systematic approach and taking into account the adverse processes occurring in biosphere as a result of human activity and specific features of modern social medium existence. Loss of a human nocifensor is explained on the basis of the results of the researches of pathogeny molecular mechanisms of amyloid desease of the central nervous system and a number of the other pathologies associated with the loss of synthesis processes coordination and proteins degradation. The possible role of the stress, toxic lesion, iatrogenic effect, nutrition quantitative and qualitative changes in development of metabolic intoxication is analyzed.
