The authoress attempts to systemize enterprise strategy, including environment protection issues. The article presents a case of the 'Ferrum S.A.' company which implemented both Environment Management System, based on ISO 14001 norm, and Cleaner Production strategy. The analysis proves that ecological effects are evident and the enterprise has a less negative impact on the environment.
