Wiedza jest głównym elementem oferty doradców na rynku, zatem to system zarządzania wiedzą jest kluczowym czynnikiem sukcesu firm doradczych. Niniejszy artykuł przedstawia, jakie są najważniejsze elementy zarządzania wiedzą w firmach doradczych. Ponadto, artykuł ten prezentuje także wyniki ankiety przeprowadzonej wśród kierowników firm doradczych w obszarze zarządzania łańcuchem dostaw. Dobry system zarządzania jest systemem, który cieszy się pełnym zaufaniem i wsparciem ze strony kierownictwa. Specjaliści i ich odpowiednie wykorzystanie są uważani za główny nośnik wiedzy w danej firmie. Transfer właśnie tej wiedzy jest uważany za jedno z najważniejszych wyzwań stojących przed systemem zarządzania wiedzą w firmie doradczej.

Knowledge is the main selling proposition in this market makes knowledge management the key success factor. This article shows what are the most important aspects of knowledge management in consultancies. The article presents also the results of a survey conducted among consulting management and professionals in that area. A good knowledge management system is a system which has the full attention and backing by the management. However specialized experts are widely considered the main source of knowledge. Knowledge transfer is seen as one of the main challenges of knowledge management which every company which offers professional services has to face.
