Modern society is becoming more differentiated in cultural, ethnic and religious terms. Te emergence of new groups in Poland, migrants and their cultural diversity pose new challenges for social policy and intercultural education, which will take the dialogue with social policy. It is necessary to develop a common integration policy and education. Responding to the needs of development of competence and awareness of Polish society, the issue of integration and meeting the needs of foreigners, including providing conditions to prevent their marginalization and exclusion, social inclusion and enable the effective functioning of our society, is increasingly stressed. Te implementation of these commitments is dependent on adaptation to emerging problems and liabilities connected with migration policy as well as social and educational ones. Migration and foreign policy has three pillars: economic, social and legal. Currently, we have developed necessary provisions for integration of foreigners in Poland, but it does not guarantee the integration process.Te biggest problem is the state of awareness and knowledge about cultural and ethnic diversity. Poles should raise awareness about cultures and religions, ethnic and national groups living in our country, make intercultural dialogue in order to prevent possible conflicts and disputes. One of the most important tasks of the contemporary social policy is to support the processes of social integration. Te priority is the introduction of intercultural education and appropriate monitoring and evaluation of its implementation.
