PL

Wraz ze wzrostem populacji miasta dotykają złożone problemy. Skalę problemu ilustrują liczby: w 2008 r. na terenach zurbanizowanych żyło ponad 50% światowej populacji, czyli ok. 3,3 mld ludzi, zaś do 2030 r. prognozuje się wzrost liczby ich mieszkańców do ok. 5 mld. Jedną z koncepcji poprawy warunków życia jest koncepcja smart city (SC) - inteligentnego miasta. Realizacja koncepcji inteligentnego miasta wymaga opracowania i przeprowadzenia transformacji istniejących w mieście rozwiązań w inteligentne. Mimo że podejmowanych jest wiele prób i przedsięwzięć wdrażających elementy inteligentnego miasta, brak szerszych badań empirycznych i metodologicznych wskazujących, jak zaprojektować i zrealizować proces transformacji. Szerszych badań wymaga również określenie roli podmiotów gospodarczych w tym procesie. Niniejszy artykuł jest próbą identyfikacji roli środowiska podmiotów gospodarczych w rozwijaniu inteligentnego miasta we współpracy z władzami samorządowymi. Opracowanie ma charakter koncepcyjny, stanowi podstawę do przeprowadzenia badań empirycznych.

With the increase in population, the cities affected by complex problems. The scale of the problem was illustrated by numbers: in 2008, in urban areas lived more than 50% of the world population, it's about 3.3 billion people, and by 2030 is projected to increase the number of their inhabitants to about 5 billion. One idea to improve the conditions of life is the concept of smart city (SC). Implementation of the concept of smart cities requires the development and the transformation of existing solutions in the city, for intelligent. Although taken a lot of trial and projects implementing elements of the intelligent city, there isn't a broader research empirical and methodological showing how to design and implement the process of transformation. Broader research requires also define the role of business in the process. This article is an attempt to identify the role of the business environment in developing smart city in cooperation with local authorities. Development is a concept, is the basis for empirical research.
