In the article the ecological-economic bases of second processing of oil wastes are considered. The problems of oil wastes in Ukraine and possible ways of their decision are certain . It organizing-economic mechanism of the development to branches of the secondary conversion in Ukraine is offered , complex action for formation of national system of second processing in Ukraine is designed and validly, prospects of development of such activity are defined.
