Gamifikacja jest zjawiskiem społecznym, ściśle powiązanym z rozwojem technicznym i technologicznym oraz gospodarczym. Zmiany wynikające z gamifikacji są dopiero rozpoznawane. Celem artykułu jest opracowanie ogólnych założeń doskonalenia firmy poprzez wdrażanie procesów gamifikacji ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem zadań, jakie stoją przed ICT. W tekście zaprezentowano sposoby, jakimi ICT wspomagają gamifikację, a także relacje, jakie zachodzą pomiędzy kolejnymi etapami procesu gamifikacji a rozwiązaniami programistycznymi oraz koniecznym wsparciem administracyjnym. Wnioski były wyprowadzane przez zestawienie teoretycznych i praktycznych zagadnień z zakresu wprowadzenia gamifikacji do zarządzania z wspomnianymi wyżej uwarunkowaniami ICT tego procesu.

Gamification appears to be a new social and technical phenomenon that inevitably will affect the business. Managers and people responsible for information technology in the organization should prepare for that if they want to get profit and avoid pitfalls. The article presents the assumptions of the model of organizational improvement through the implementation of process of gamification, discuss the role that ICT plays in it, presents ways in which ICT supports gamification, as well as the relationships between the successive stages of the process of gamification and software solutions, and the necessary administrative support.
