W artykule przedstawiono możliwości wykorzystania myślenia systemowego w tworzeniu modelu biznesu (MB). Takie ujęcie uzasadnia wyróżnienie deliberacji pierwszego porządku, której celem jest ustalenie, w jaki sposób poprawić praktykę systemu na podstawie uczenia się. Ze względu na złożony charakter rozpatrywanej sytuacji w zakresie deliberacji pierwszego porządku odwołano się do założeń metodologii miękkiego myślenia systemowego. Uczenie się ma miejsce z wykorzystaniem metodologii, która stwarza podstawy dla przyszłych wyborów praktyka w zakresie selekcjonowania, adaptowania i łączenia technik, metod i metodologii. Jest to deliberacja drugiego porządku, która w rozpatrywanym przypadku dotyczy praktyki zmierzającej do poprawy systemu, jakim jest MB. Konceptem, który stwarza w tym zakresie interesujące podstawy, są krytyczne heurystyki systemowe. Artykuł kończy charakterystyka innych niż wymienione zasobów systemowych, które mogą być wykorzystywane w tworzeniu modelu biznesu współczesnego przedsiębiorstwa.

The article presents the possibilities of using systems thinking to create a business model. Due to the complex nature of the situation of interest, with regard to the first-order inquiry, the assumptions of Soft System Methodology were used. The aim of the first-order inquiry is to improve the practice of a system with learning lessons from the use of methodology. On that bases future choices of practitioner, concerning selection, adaptation and combination techniques, methods and methodologies are informed. Critical Systems Heuristics is used to guide this second-order inquiry. In the article perspectives for using other system resources in creating of contemporary business model, are also highlighted.
