Political changes in Russia initiated by, so called, first revolution and October Manifesto from 17thOctober 1905 let Poles from Taken Lands rebuild social institutions for which ones Russian authorities didn't give consent to exist after January Uprising. This article refers to little known in Polish and foreign historiography problem of Polish welfare educational and philanthropic activity in Mohylew Guberniya in the years 1907-1910 and consists of 3 parts. The first one describes the origin and statutes of Polish Society of Education and Charity, the second one deals with the activity of this institution. In the third one, the origin and activity of Polish Club is discussed. The intention of the author was not only to remind these completely unknown Polish institution, but also let know about necessity of further archival study over Polish borderland's charity.
