Theoreticians and practitioners unanimously acknowledge the specific role of strategic decisions in a successful activity of a tourism company. Strategic decisions as the decisive factor in creating competitive advantage are gaining a considerable importance under the conditions of sustainable development. The article reviews the process of strategic decisions formation by a tourism organisation in the context of sustainable development. The scenarios method is proposed as offering good prospects under certain conditions. A universal scenarios formation technology has been presented, which is oriented towards facilitation of scenarios creation using a graphic tool of the "Scenarios Roads' Analysis".
