Even if the Constitution entrusts the President with ensuring the proper functioning of constitutional bodies, this does not mean the possibility of any presidential action. In the submitted contribution, the author offers an opinion on the forms and content requirements of the president’s decision-making in ensuring the proper functioning of constitutional bodies. In particular, it points to the obligation of the President by Art. 2 par. 2 of the Constitution.
