W artykule podjęte zostało zagadnienie sekurytyzacji w kontekście kryzysu finansowego w latach 2007-2008. W szczególności uwagę zwrócono na perspektywy rozwoju tego procesu oraz jego kierunek. Przedstawiono dane statystyczne dotyczące wybranych rynków finansowych dla sekurytyzacyjnych papierów wartościowych. Celem prezentacji jest przedstawienie perspektyw i dynamiki oraz ocena, jak i porównanie rynku sekurytyzacyjnego w okresie przed kryzysem, w trakcie jego trwania i ostatnim okresie.

The article addresses the issue of securitization in the financial crisis in 2007-2008. In particular, attention was paid to the prospects of development of this process and its direction. Presents statistics on selected financial markets for securitized securities. There was also a brief evaluation and comparison securitization market in the period before the crisis, during his lifetime and the last period.
